Patrice Bendjouya

Sr. Valuation & Performance Advisor

Patrice has 12 years experience in finance - including 5 years in strategic finance (M&A, Private Equity) and 7 years in business finance (Corporate Finance & Performance). Thanks to significant experience in valuation and a continuous education in technology, he has gained a unique expertise in developing On Demand Business and Fund Valuations.

Prior to joining Valmetrics, Patrice has worked for 10 years in Investment Banking (Rothschild & Cie, Close Brothers) and in Private Equity (SFF Financial Services). He has provided successful advise to large and mid-sized companies in various industries, as well as institutions (GPs and LPs) both on sell and buy sides. More recently, he has contributed to the strategic development of CapitalProximité, a Swiss-based association connecting entrepreneurs and investors and has pioneered the development of a low-cost investment banking model.

Patrice graduated in Economics from Paris-IX Dauphine and Paris-I Pantheon Sorbonne and holds an Msc in International Finance from HEC Paris. He taught Corporate Finance at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne has written numerous articles on Business Valuation and is an active contributor to the Private Equity industry.

Daniel Rochat

Sr. Valuation & Audit Advisor

Daniel Rochat has a strong expertise both in Mergers & Acquisitions and in the area of company valuations. His extensive knowledge has been gained in numerous Swiss and international operations for large well-known groups, middle market companies and Private Equity firms.

Daniel started his career in the Audit Business Advisory Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers SA ("PwC“). He then joined the newly created, Corporate Finance division of PwC. He strongly contributed to the expansion of the M&A practice in Switzerland, realized numerous deals in various industries and was also in charge of the valuation practice in Romandie. He is the co-founder of RBCF and GVA Audit.

HEC Lausanne Graduate, Swiss Certified Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Daniel regularly delivers business valuation courses for the Swiss Academy of Certified Accountants, and often participates in seminars for professionals of the branch. He has also published several articles on the implementation of IFRS in the context of transactions.

Pierre Bordry

Transactions Advisor

Pierre began his career in Corporate Finance (BNP Paribas, Indosuez, Socoden Fund) where he finalized more than 500 deals, then acted as COO in fast paced expanding privately owned groups. As a previous international auditor and risk manager, he also acquired a deep interest for details and collective action. He has therefore developed an outstanding sense of convergence between real finance and traditional industry. He manages an exclusive network dedicated to Private Equity in Swiss SMEs. He monitors an annual deal flow of 200 SMEs and 100 private investors.

Pierre graduated from Lyon Business school, specialized in finance and recently passed a Risk Management degree at University of Geneva.
