Model Review
Select this service if you have already built your own model and need a quantitative analyst to review it. When we review a model, we assess both the financial methodology used and the model itself. We check formulas, errors, dependents, precedents, format, etc... We do not re-design the model but explain how it is possible to optimize and what elements could be added or removed. The model is objectively analysed but under no circumstances criticised or depreciated. Valmetrics respects the work done by other parties and suggests possible improvements to make it clearer and more robust. Get a quote.
Options
Statistical analysis
The Statistical analysis option is interesting for those who wish to gain further data knowledge and data forecasting. Valmetrics works with Excel statistical packages which includes Monte-Carlo simulation, Precision trees, Statistical tools, neural networks. The combination of Excel modeling and Statistical analysis is a powerful way to help you answer difficult questions (eg. what is the probability of making a cash flow exceeding USD 2 million?) and make better decisions under uncertainty.
Written Report
Valmetrics usually documents its models and related assumptions directly in the spreadsheet. That way, the model is self-sufficient and can be sent to third-parties without additional documentation. However, if you need more formal reports, we can provide methodologies, assumptions and results in a word/pdf file.
Maintenance
All our models follow best practises and therefore can be maintained by your organization. However, if you would like to outsource the maintenance of your model to focus on your core business, we can do this for you.
